This strong engraving is from Abraham Bogaert’s
De Roomsche Monarchy, vertoont in de Muntbeelden der Westersche en Oostersche Keizeren. The work was published in Utrecht by Francois Halma in 1697. The work illustrated the caesars and emperors of Rome. The text to the image / plate is in Latin, with the descriptive text below and verso in Dutch.
