This lovely pochoir illustration by Sonia Delaunay is from
Compositions, couleurs, idées. The work was published in Paris in 1930 by Editions d’Art Charles Moreau.

Sonia Delaunay [Sarah Stern] (1885-1979) was a Ukrainian born French artist. She is noted for exploration of color and abstract art and was initially inspired by quilts she saw in her youth. She incorporated the styles of Cubism, Fauvism, and Futurism into her artwork, naming her style "Orphism" or "Simultaneism." She was the first living artist to have a retrospective exhibition at the Louvre in 1964.
