Description
This fine map is by Tobias Conrad Lotter and entitled “America septentrionalis.” The map was published circa 1770. The map features a decorative cartouche and original wash coloring. The map was based on Gerard de L’Isle (Delisle)’s observations.
Condition report:
The work is in very good to excellent condition overall. There are a couple faint vertical creases near the fold / edges from the binding process. There is some very light foxing at the edges. There may be a few minor imperfections to be expected with age. Please review the image carefully for condition and contact us with any questions.
