Description
This lovely volume with 17 plates is A. S. Murray’s
Tasmanian rivers, lakes, and flowers. The work was published in 1900 by G. Robertson in Australia and H. Virtue in London.
The first edition work is bound in original green cloth with gold stamped cover. There 17 attractive chromolithographs (14 of which are mounted) that depict Tasmanian scenery and flora. The plates are after watercolors by Murray.

Condition report:
The work is very good to excellent condition overall. The volume is slightly rubbed and has renewed endpapers. There is some minor marginal spotting in places. There is some browning to the half-title. There may be a few minor imperfections to be expected with age. Please review the image carefully for condition and contact us with any questions.
