This is the first American edition of H. G. Wells’s
The Invisible Man – A Grotesque Romance. It was published by Edward Arnold in 1897 in New York and London. It included text updated from the British Edition. It is bound in original orange cloth binding with black and red stamping.
Paper Size: ~ 7" by 5 1/4"
Condition report:
The work is in very good to excellent condition overall. The interior is clean and tight. The binding with some light soiling, wear, and surface spotting.
