This is a collection of 24 original lithographs by Pablo Picasso that reproduced his major works between 1916 and 1961. The work was produced by Jean Cocteau and entitled
Picasso de 1916 à 1961. It was published in Monaco by Editions Rocher in 1962. It is a signed, limited folio edition presented for the occasion of Picasso’s 80th birthday. Only 199 copies were signed by both Picasso and Cocteau (on the justification page) of which this is number 151 and it was printed on Rives rag paper.

Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) is one of the most influential artists of the 20th century and co-founded the Cubist movement. He was a Spanish born painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, stage designer, poet, and playwright that worked predominantly in France.


Condition report:

The work is in very good to excellent condition overall. The work has a gray paper cover with a nice slip case. There may be a few minor imperfections to be expected with age. Please review the image carefully for condition and contact us with any questions.
